Windermere hosted its Dragon Boat Regatta today. It was organised by a charity that aims to help cancer patients recover and many of the crews are made up of survivors and their families and friends.

Through the charity Paddlers for Life, there are crews using dragon boat racing to recover from cancer all over the country, including one in Windermere.

The Regatta's part of a whole weekend where cancer patients talk to health professionals about what more can be done to help them.
