Disabled learning building nears completion

Final preparations are underway for the official opening of a new building on the outskirts of Carlisle where people with disabilities gain important life skills.

The Heathlands Project, run by the Glenmore Trust in Carlisle, was praised earlier this year by Prime Minister David Cameron for its hard work and dedication. Kim Inglis has sent this report:
