Postman Pat's creator John Cunliffe has been at a school in Kendal
Generations of children have grown up watching Postan Pat and his black and white cat. For some children in Kendal today they got to meet the man who invented the character. John Cunliffe was at the school he once taught in, Castle Park Primary school to open the new library. John explained to our reporter Samantha Parker why it was special that he came back to the school and he also spoke about the importance of libraries.
