100 tonnes of scrap metal alight in Suffolk
Fire crews are dealing with a major fire at Great Blakenham.
Five appliances have been called to a scrap yard in the village where 100 tonnes of scrap metal and cars are on fire.
Suffolk Fire service also say that a crane on the site is also alight.
Firefighters were called at around 6:40pm. An eyewitness said thick plumes of black smoke can be seen from more than a mile away.
Greater Anglia have also announced that services between Ipswich and Needham Market are facing delays because of the fire.
