Police appeal after driver dies from suspected heart attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver died following a suspected heart attack in Great Yarmouth.

Officers were called to Caister Road at 2.45pm on Monday 16 May after a Nissan Micra left the road and collided with a bollard.

They say the man's believed to have suffered what they describe as a medical episode. He was taken to the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston but died. No-one else was hurt.

Anyone who saw the collision should contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
