Could dogs soon be used to detect prostate cancer?

It's a disease that is notoriously difficult to diagnose and kills more than a thousand men in our region every year.

Now, a major trial is underway in Milton Keynes to see if dogs can help detect prostate cancer.

The programme is part-funded by the NHS and run by the Medical Detection Dogs charity.
