Suffolk man to be extradited over cyber-hacking charges
A Suffolk man who has autism will be extradited from Britain to the US to stand trial over charges of cyber-hacking.
Lauri Love, who's 31 and from Stradishall near Haverhill, is alleged to have stolen huge amounts of data from US agencies including the federal Reserve, Nasa and the FBI.
Mr Love has said he holds little hope of justice and suggested a jail term in the US could cause his health to deteriorate and would lead to a mental breakdown or suicide.
He and his family wanted him to face justice in the UK rather than the US.
But this afternoon a judge has ruled Mr Love should be extradited
