Large fire breaks out at St Ives industrial estate
A large fire has broken out at an industrial estate in Cambridgeshire this afternoon.
St Ives petrol station evacuated over fire fears
A petrol station in St Ives has been evacuated after fears it could be at risk from a fire at a nearby industrial building.
Around 30 firefighters are currently tackling the flames on the Caxton Road industrial estate.
A huge plume of smoke can be seen over the Cambridgeshire town.
Cambridgeshire Police say officers have evacuated the petrol station and other industrial buildings as a precaution.
Firefighters are asking local residents to keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke entering buildings.
