Ipswich striker Daryl Murphy hands in transfer request

Ipswich Town could be set to lose their star striker after Daryl Murphy reportedly handed in a transfer request.

The Republic of Ireland international has been attracting interest from Newcastle United and it's believed a fee has now been agreed.

Murphy was The Championships's top scorer in 2014/15 with 27 goals.
