Runway transforms into a sandpit to test RAF aircrafts
Video report by ITV News Anglia's Kate Prout.
Over the last few months a disused airfield in Suffolk has been turned into desert by the Parachute regiment based there.
The old runway at the former RAF Woodbridge was turned into a test centre, to put the new Airbus that they'll soon be using through it's paces.
It was built from scratch, by the 23 Parachute Engineer Regiment based at Rock Barracks.
