If you enjoy walking the dog, but a regular stroll in the park isn't quite enough for you, then you might want to try one of the latest sports to hit our region.

Think extreme dog walking. Cani-cross involves heading off-road while your dog pulls you through the mud. Clubs have sprung up right across the East.
