Norwich City midfielder Jonny Howson has signed a new four-year contract with the club.
The 27-year-old has been a key figure since arriving from Leeds United in 2012 and has now played over 100 games for the Canaries.
Howson scored nine goals last season as Norwich regained their place in the Premier League.
"I'm really pleased, especially after last season going so well.
Since the manager has come in everyone knows how well we've done, and I'm excited to remain a part of that. That's not to say it's going to be simple, because you always have to keep working hard.
If everyone does that then I'm sure we'll have a good season."
Norwich City manager Alex Neil says that his side won't show any fear as they prepare to return to the Premier League.
MK Dons Chairman Pete Winkelman says that the club's attractive playing style will suit The Championship.
New Ipswich Town signing Jonathan Douglas says that he's ready to come back fighting after he was allowed to leave Brentford.
