Clacton's crowds enjoy the heat in new festival

Now last month it played host to the Women's Tour, next month it has the air show and today Clacton in Essex held its first ever Sea and Beach festival.

Organisers, Tendring District Council, said it was the perfect way to kick start the summer season with activities reminiscent of the town's heyday.
