Northants singer going back to university

Singer Faryl Smith from Kettering in Northamptonshire is taking a break from recording classical albums and touring the country to study music at university.

Back in 2008, at the age of 12, singer Faryl was one of the stars of the ITV show Britain's Got Talent.

Seven years on, she still rehearses in her bedroom in Kettering but admits her career has taken an unusual path as she explains to our reporter Stuart Leithes......
