Norfolk scientists work on new water testing kit to save thousands of fish from deadly toxin

Scientists in Norfolk are developing a new water testing kit in the hope of saving thousands of fish from a deadly toxin.

They believe it will provide early detection of a poisonous algae which has devastated fish stocks in the past.

It is estimated that angling contributes more than a £100 million to the local economy every year.
