News that Dad's Army is to be remade as a feature film has been welcomed in Thetford where much of the original series was filmed.
Set in the fictional town of Walmington-on-Sea, the hugely popular comedy was made into 80 episodes.
It's hoped the new film will rekindle interest in the original show and its setting.
