Text Santa is ITV's annual charity appeal and in 2013 it will be supporting Age UK, Barnardo's, BeatBullying, the British Heart Foundation, CLIC Sargent and Help The Hospices.
ITV News Anglia presenters offer a helping hand at local store
We're heading toward that time of year when everyone descends on their local supermarket, stocking up on food and drink in time for Christmas.
And, as if the aisles weren't busy enough, there were a few extra people at one store in Norwich today.
A few stars from the ITV News Anglia newsroom went along for the Big Bag Pack.

100% of donations made by viewers are evenly distributed to ITV's chosen charities within three months of each televised appeal.
