c2c trains in South Essex suspended until further notice

Train services from South Essex into London on c2c remain suspended this morning after storm damage. Operator c2c had hoped trains would begin running again at 9am.

"We currently have multiple track circuit failures in the Fenchurch Street, Barking, Upminster and Purfleet areas, which are being worked on by Network Rail. We do not expect trains to resume at 09.00 and our advice remains not to travel. We will provide an update as soon as possible when we have a new estimate for trains running."
