Inquest resumes into LCP death
An inquest is due to resume today into the death of a woman from Woodbridge who had been placed on the Liverpool Care Pathway at Ipswich Hospital.
Marion Bryce Smith, 93, survived 59 days after being denied food and water under the regime.
Mrs Bryce Smith was admitted to Ipswich hospital after suffering a fall in January 2011.
The inquest at IP City Centre is expected to last for two days.
The original inquest was adjourned in January when the coroner decided he needed a further medical briefing.
