UKIP candidate accused of faking election form
A UKIP candidate, who stood for election to Cambridgeshire County Council, is to be charged over claims he used fake signatures on his election nomination form.
Hugh Mennie ran for UKIP in the local election in May.
The Crown Prosecution Service said it will charge Mennie over allegations that he forged three signatures on his nomination form.
He will appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court in September.
