Black hairstyling history at Cambridge museum
A new exhibition looking at the history of black hair-styling has opened at the Fitzwilliam Museum and the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology in Cambridge.
Called "Origins of the Afro Comb" it charts the 6,000 years of history around the african hair comb.
The exhibition is divided into two parts, the first at the Fitzwilliam Museum has hundreds of combs on display dating back thousands of years.
The second part is at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and looks at how hair-styling has developed in the modern age. Emily Knight reports.
