Tributes paid to woman found dead in car park

The family of a woman who was found dead in a pub car park have paid tribute to her, saying she was a lovely mother and grandmother."

Mary Roberts, 50, was found in the car park of St Edmunds Tavern public house in Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds last Wednesday.

They said:

"Mary was a lovely mother and grandmother who was extremely protective of her family. She was kind, caring and very thoughtful always putting others before herself. As her children we could not of asked for a better mother and she will be deeply missed by us all."
