Float on: Historic barge restored to former glory

An historic barge which has been out of service since 1914 is being brought back into use after being restored at Brightlingsea in Essex.

The Lighter was used in the Stour Valley to carry cargo, but now plans are in place for it to be used by tourists. Daisy Gray reports.
