Commission says Harlow Hospital needs improvements
A review of the Princess Alexandra Hospital at Harlow in Essex by the Care Quality Commission has found that improvements need to be made. Concerns were raised in five areas, including staff levels.
Four out of the five issues were found to need attention - but patients said that a good service was provided, and that staff were professional and caring.
