Essex architect smashes European cycle speed record
An architect from Essex has become Europe's fastest man on two wheels.
Neil Campbell, 44, from Little Horkesley near Colchester clocked up a top speed of 135mph in his record attempt in Yorkshire on Tuesday - setting a new European cycle speed record in the process.

Neil was towed by a Porsche SUV down the runway in Elvington, before being released for the 200m timing phase.
He already holds the British record, reaching 114mph in 2016, and has now set his sights on smashing the world record which currently stands at 167mph.
