Lanes on A1(M) closed after lorry catches fire

Three lanes have been closed and serious delays are expected on the A1(M) after a lorry caught on fire just after 4:30am this morning.

Emergency services are on the scene now on the northbound carriageway at Sawtry.

It was completely closed while fire crews tackled the flames - and although one lane is now open police say there will be a knock on effect on traffic while they get the lorry off the road.
