Clive Lewis could 'walk' from shadow cabinet over Brexit vote
Shadow Business Secretary Clive Lewis has told ITV News Anglia he will "walk" from the shadow cabinet if the Article 50 Bill being debated in Parliament is not amended to avoid a "Hard Brexit".
The Norwich South MP said he will support the Bill at the second reading in Parliament tomorrow, but will not be able to vote for it at next week's third reading if Labour's amendments are not accepted.
Jeremy Corbyn has issued a 3 line whip requiring Labour MPs to back the Bill.
Norwich was one of few areas in the East of England where the majority of voters backed remaining in the European Union in last year's referendum.
