ITV News Anglia Christmas Shout Out for someone special

There are still a few weeks to go until Christmas, but traditionally we’re at that time of the year when we think about giving.

Once again, ITV News Anglia wants to give you the chance to send a big thank you to someone who, over the last 12 months, has done something special for you.

Maybe it's a great friend? Or someone at school or hospital? Or someone you see every day who simply puts a smile on your face?

Throughout December we'll be reading out your stories on-air as part of our Christmas Shout Out series.

How do I nominate a Christmas Shout Out?

Send us an email to anglianews@itv.com or get in touch via our Facebook or Twitter page.

Please include your name, the name of the person you want us to mention and where they're from.

Let us know why they deserve recognition. Give us as much detail about that person's story as you can.

We will also need a photograph or two of the person you've nominated.

Please make sure the person you’re nominating for is happy to appear on the programme and that you have permission to send us any photos or videos.

If you are under 16 years old, please can you get a parent or guardian to send in your Christmas Shout Out for you.
