Group of witnesses still to come forward in search for missing airman
Police are still trying to trace a group of people Corrie McKeagh talked to just hours before his disappearance.
At 1.15am on Saturday, September 24 he went to takeaway restaurant Pizza Mama Mia in St Andrews Street North, Bury St Edmunds. Whilst in there he went to speak to the group, then left with one of them.
The police have released details of the man who was seen with Corrie, describing him as 'black' and around '5' 10"'
He was next seen walking alone toward Brentgovel Street. There is no suggestion he had any contact with the group afterward.
Officers are asking the group and the man who spoke with Corrie to come forward as potential witnesses – and are asking anyone with information about who they may be to get in touch.
