Charity shop reaps the rewards of Suffolk singer's generosity
Clothes donated by the singer Ed Sheeran to a charity shop in Suffolk have been flying off the shelves this morning!
The singer donated a dozen bags to the St Elizabeth Hospice shop in his home town Framlingham.
The shop took £1000 in the first half hour alone this morning.
Among the clothes he donated was the shirt he wore in the new Bridget Jones movie. Some of the items were posted on Ebay to try and attract more international buyers.
It is the second time the singer has given items to the St Elizabeth Hospice store. The last sale raised thousands of pounds .
As well as the shirt worn in Bridget Jones' Baby - where Sheeran meets Bridget in a bar - he donated suits from the Grammy and Brit awards ceremonies and his "Justice for Gingers" t-shirt.
