Campaigning bishop is among people honoured in Hertfordshire
A bishop of the Coptic Church who regularly speaks out over the fate of Christians in the Middle East is one of the people from Hertfordshire given an honour in the Queen's Birthday list.
Bishop Anba Angaelos, from Stevenage, is made an OBE for his work trying to preserve religious freedoms.
He's described the murder of Christians in Libya as 'barbarous'.
Liz Nicholl from Hitchin is made a CBE in the honours. She's the Chief Executive of UK Sport and has played a pioneering role in the development of elite sport in this country.
Liz is also a former international netball player and was Chief Executive of England Netball for 16 years.
