The sound of science: Cambridge composer turns music into data
A composer from Cambridge has been turning one of the world's largest experiments into a new piece of music.
Dr Domenico Vicinanza has transformed data from the Large Hadron Collider's search for Higgs Boson, the so-called God particle, into notes for a new composition.
It's composed of data collected during the search for the illusive Higgs Bowson particle and is commissioned to celebrate the success of ATLAS- one of the experiments carried out at the Hadron Collider in Geneva.
