A military medic from Cambridge who survived Ebola says that she had no qualms about trying the experimental drug MIL 77.

Cpl Anna Cross became the first person in the world to be treated with the drug at London's Royal Free Hospital.

The 25-year-old caught the virus when she volunteered to fly out to Sierra Leone to help care for Ebola patients in February. She ended up being treated alongside them.

Anna used to work at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge but joined the Army Reserves in 2013.

She is now hoping to continue her recovery, and added that she can't wait to adjust back to normal life.
