"She was selfless and caring and made each and every day that little bit more wonderful." The words of Hannah Witheridge's family paying tribute to their 23-year-old daughter.

Hannah was killed on Sunday night alongside another holidaymaker David Miller after they'd been at a party in Koh Tao in Thailand. Their bodies were found with serious head injuries on a nearby beach.

A blood-stained hoe, believed to be the murder weapon, was found close by.

Police in Thailand have spent the day questioning migrant workers and visiting hotels, homes and businesses as they search for the killer.

They've released an image of a man from CCTV cameras near the beach.

He's considered to be a prime suspect, but they say they are following a number of leads.

Thai police have described this man as the prime suspect.

Back in Hannah's home village of Hemsby, the community is coming to terms with the news.

Hannah came from a very large family. They run a holiday home business and are well established within the community.

Her family and friends have been too upset to talk, but those who we have spoken to in the village say the community is completely stunned by the news and they're just coming together to offer whatever support they can.

Hannah's music teacher at her old school in Langley remembered her as a happy student.

Hannah graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2012 and then began a masters degree at the University of Essex last year.

She also worked at the media company Archant's head office in Norwich.

Colleagues described her as "funny, witty and pleasant".

A Facebook tribute page set up in her memory has nearly 3,000 likes and hundreds of comments.

People gathered together last night for a candlelit vigil.

In Koh Tao, near the place where Hannah and David were found, fellow travellers and local people gathered together last night for a candlelit vigil in memory of the two young Britons.

These horrific deaths have left two communities, thousands of miles apart, sharing in their loss and their sense of shock.
