Luton Busway opens

It's been 20 years in the planning but today Luton's guided busway finally had its official opening.

The 91 million pound route is the second in the region, and links the town with Dunstable and Houghton Regis.

The first passengers will be on board from tomorrow (Weds). It's hoped the new link will drastically cut journey times for commuters and shoppers.
