The Tour de Yorkshire is back and live on ITV4.

Enjoy four days of cycling from some of the best riders in the world including both the men's and now extended women's races all from the comfort of your sofa or on the go on the ITV Hub app.

Gary Imlach will present and will be joined in the studio by world champion Lizzie Deignan and Lucy Martin for the women's race which has extended to two days this year starting Thursday.

Chris Boardman returns with his expert analysis and all the commentary across the four days will be brought to you by the ever-present Ned Boulting who is joined by Rochelle Gilmore for the women's race and David Millar for the men's.

Tour de Yorkshire women's race - ITV4 - May 3-May 4

Gary Imlach and Lucy Martin will be joined by world champion Lizzie Deignan to present all the action from the women's Tour de Yorkshire live on ITV4. Stage one of the tour kicks off in Beverley with the introduction of an additional stage from Barnsley to Ilkley.

Thursday, May 3 - Tour de Yorkshire women's race - ITV4 8.30am-1.00pm

The 132.5km journey from Beverley to Doncaster with commentary by Ned Boulting and Rochelle Gilmore.

Friday, May 4 - Tour de Yorkshire women's race - ITV4 8.55am-12.45pm

A 128km journey from Barnsley to Ilkley, with commentary from Ned Boulting and Rochelle Gilmore, and reports by Daniel Friebe.

Tour de Yorkshire men's race - ITV4 - May3 - May 6

Live coverage from beginning to end of Stage 1 of the Men’s Tour de Yorkshire race 2018 will start at 1.45pm on ITV4. Join Gary Imlach and Chris Boardman with Ned Boulting and David Millar providing the commentary, guiding you through a total of 711 kilometres of the spectacular Yorkshire countryside.

Thursday, May 3 - Tour de Yorkshire men's race - ITV4 1.45pm - 6.45pm

Gary Imlach presents coverage of the opening stage of the men's race, featuring a 182km journey from Beverley to Doncaster, with analysis from Chris Boardman, commentary by Ned Boulting and David Millar.

Friday, May 4 - Tour de Yorkshire men's race - ITV4 2.15pm - 6.30pm

Friday sees a 149km journey from Barnsley to Ilkley with analysis from Chris Boardman, commentary by Ned Boulting and David Millar, and reports by Daniel Friebe

Saturday, May 5 - Tour de Yorkshire men's race - ITV4 1.00pm - 6.00pm

Stage three gets underway in Richmond featuring a184 kilometre stage finishing at the seaside in Scarborough following a looped course which will provide an opportunity for the sprinters’ team to form up and gain control of the bunch.

Sunday, May 6 - Tour de Yorkshire men's race - ITV4 12.00pm-5.30pm

The culmination of 4 days hard cycling comes to an end as the final stage of the Tour de Yorkshire hurtles from Halifax to Leeds featuring a significant amount of climbing which often determines the overall classification.
