If you've ever wondered what the world looks like through the eyes of a child, then look no further than the Instagram feed Things I have drawn.

Dom Curtis has, according to his bio, "joined Instagram to show how amazing at drawing I am", and if the feed is to be believed, he has a talent for capturing the exact likeness of everything he sees.

Or it could just be his father's Photoshop skills.

Tom takes his son's sketches - often of animals, though Dom admits he's taken an interest in coal mines lately - and tries to recreate what they would look like in real life.

"You can decide to stick them [children's drawings] on the fridge or send them to your relatives, but I thought there was something more to this", explained Tom.

He added that he then came up with the idea of recreating the drawings "and looking at the world in the way a kid looks at the world".

Tom explained that the reaction to the account - which has more than 62,000 followers - has been "overwhelmingly positive", and that his seven-year-old son is keen to get started.
