ITV News exclusive: Murdered EastEnders star's boyfriend seen arriving in Ghana days after being quizzed by police
ITV News has exclusively obtained a picture of the boyfriend of murdered EastEnders actress Sian Blake arriving in Ghana - just three days after being questioned by police.
Ms Blake's body and those of her two children were discovered buried in the garden of the family's home in Erith, Kent on Tuesday.
They died from head and neck injuries, a post-mortem examination concluded.
Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, was quizzed by officers over his partner's disappearance on December 16 but travelled to the west African country three days later.
He was pictured at passport control at Kotoka International Airport in the capital Accra, just after 9pm local time.
ITV News has also learned Simpson-Kent flew from Glasgow to Amsterdam on December 18.
The following day he travelled on KLM flight 589 from Amsterdam to Accra.
Simpson-Kent used a Ghanaian passport to travel and is believed to still be in Ghana.
Ava Blake, Sian's sister, said Simpson-Kent must be brought back to the UK to face questions over her relatives' deaths.
She also claimed that her sister was about to leave Simpson-Kent - who she described as "controlling" - at the time of her disappearance.
Police have so far refused to confirm that Simpson-Kent has left the country, with officers only saying: "Whether or not he is in the country is one line of inquiry."
Scotland Yard has faced criticism for the way it has handled the case, specifically over the length of time it took to launch a murder investigation.
The force has referred itself to the police watchdog.
