Mason Noise to return to X Factor - days after being kicked off in row with Simon Cowell
Mason Noise will return to the X Factor, the show's producers have announced, just days after he was kicked off following a fierce clash with Simon Cowell.
The 21-year-old will replace Tom Bleasby in the final six at Nick Grimshaw's Judges Houses, after being selected by the DJ as the "person I wanted to bring back".
Mason was branded a "a complete a******e" by Cowell, the head judge, during the show's Six Chair Challenge, after getting angry about the length of his audition slot.
However, Grimshaw said he was happy to bring him back, saying: "Yes he was difficult at the 6 Chair Challenge, but people with an artistic temperament can be difficult.
"He's talented and in previous auditions excited us Judges. Sometimes a challenge is interesting."
Mason, who got his second chance after Tom withdrew for "personal reasons", said he was up for the challenge.
Mason will now join Ben Clark, Ché Chesterman, Josh Daniel, Seann Miley Moore and Simon Lynch at his Judge's House as they bid to make the live finals.
