Iain Duncan Smith warns Theresa May and Boris Johnson to stop playing games over Conservative leadership
Theresa May and Boris Johnson gave markedly different speeches in Manchester today.
One serious, one satirical.
But they are both considered an early pitch by the two senior Tories for David Cameron's job.
This is the first conference since May's election - and Mr Cameron has made clear he won't stand again in 2020.
The current Home Secretary and London Mayor are widely considered to be potential rivals in the race to replace Mr Cameron.
The Work and Pensions Secretary, however, has warned his colleagues to stop playing games and get on with the job.
At the end of our interview with Iain Duncan Smith this afternoon (in which the former Tory leader said he for one would not be throwing his hat in the ring) he gave this warning to Theresa and Boris: "All I would suggest to my colleagues [Boris and Theresa] is this: a little less on leadership and a little more on delivery, will do me just fine".
