Angelina Jolie meets Cambodia's Prime Minister about directing Netflix film on Khmer Rouge regime
Hollywood A-lister Angelina Jolie has met the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen in the country's capital Phnom Penh.
The meeting was set up to discuss Jolie's latest project for Netflix, directing a film about the brutal Khmer Rouge regime.
Now a United Nations special envoy, the 40-year old met top officials at Peace Palace, to talk about the adaptation of human rights activist Loung Ung's memoir, called First They Killed My Father.
With filming set to begin in November, the actor spoke to Mr Sen with the help of a translator.
