You're fined! Teenager who trolled Alan Sugar on Twitter ordered to pay him compensation
A teenager who sent anti-semitic tweets to Lord Alan Sugar has been ordered to pay the billionaire £100 compensation.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, sent the Apprentice star vile messages including "old Jewish ****" and "fat ***".
The boy from Preston, Lancashire, who admitted sending the messages, was also ordered to pay £85 costs at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
Lord Sugar celebrated the conviction, tweeting: "One of my Twitter racial abusers was convicted yesterday at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court.
"Very well done @EssexPoliceUK for tracking him down."
