Before and after satellite images show destruction of Nepal

Satellite images highlight the destruction Nepal is facing after the 7.8 magnitude earthquake which shook the small country almost a week ago.

The number of confirmed deaths has risen to more than 6,200, an official from Nepal's home ministry said.

As many as 1,000 people from the EU are still missing in Nepal, with 12 confirmed dead, six days after a massive quake shook Nepal. Those unaccounted for are mostly tourists and backpackers, thought to be in the Langtang and Lukla areas.
