EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has baby girl

EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has given birth to a baby girl.

The actress, who plays Lauren Branning in the soap, and her boyfriend, The Only Way is Essex Star Dan Osborne, welcomed the arrival of baby Ella yesterday.

The 22-year-old told fans on Twitter that her daughter was "amazing" and "perfect".

Osborne, who has a son from a previous relationship, also tweeted saying he was "so so so so happy".

The birth comes as EastEnders prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary with a week of special episodes where Lucy Beale's killer will finally be revealed.

Jossa - who has been a key part of the long-running storyline - will appear in pre-recorded scenes this week, but will not feature in Friday's all-live episode.
