Prince George's Christmas tank top sells out

The Cath Kidston tank top worn by Prince George in his official Christmas photographs has sold out.

A spokesman for the firm said the blue festive jumper, complete with guardsmen, the toddler wore in the candid images was also out of stock.

But both may be brought back depending on demand. "It's something we can look into," the spokesman added.

It is not the first time the 16-month-old has created a fashion frenzy.

Within days of being born, the swaddling blanket he wore in his car seat as he left hospital became a hit and sales rose by 600% in the week that followed.

The prince was also said to be sparking a dungarees revival after being dressed in them frequently by mum Kate.
