Two creative kids have sold their family's £250,000 house within a week after handing out leaflets they had drawn themselves with felt-tip pens.

The dynamic duo -Tomass, six, and Ella, Eight got to work on the leaflet as soon as they found out that their parents Dave and Liene Penny were looking to find a buyer so they could buy a bigger dream home.

The children made up 40 leaflets. Each included a picture drawn by hand with felt-tips, showing their phone number with a phone number for "daddy".

They handed them out door-to-door and set up a box outside their home for replies, according to the Mirror.
