Two charged over topless photographs of Kate

Two people have been charged with invasion of privacy over topless photographs taken of the Duchess of Cambridge during a private holiday in France.

The publisher of the magazine Closer has been placed under formal investigation, along with a staff photographer at the French newspaper La Provence who denies taking topless photographs of Kate.
