Journey of hell for refugees escaping Syrian conflict

ITV News has witnessed first hand the harrowing plight of refugees fleeing the war in Syria.

Some 60,000 people have escaped in the past month, with more than 700,000 thought to have fled since the conflict began.

But the statistics only mask the desperate stories of individuals.

Our Correspondent John Ray reports from a Jordanian base on the border between Deraa and Ram-tha, where hundreds of refugees arrive daily.
