Stephanie Hirst on I Am Cait

Anyone who has gender issues must have felt that way.

Following Bruce Jenner's gender-transition to Caitlyn Jenner - and last night's premiere of her new reality TV show I Am Cait - radio DJ Stephanie Hirst and friend of the Lorraine show joins us to reflect on the episode.

As someone whose been through a similar experience to Caitlyn, Stephanie - formerly Simon Hirst - can relate to Caitlyn's transgender journey.

The show, which aired in the US last night, saw Caitlyn telling fans how she appreciates Kanye West for helping Kim K understand the situation.

Caitlyn said: "Kanye and I have never really been close but I love his open mind and how he has helped Kim come to grips with what's going on."

I watched the documentary and I was initially slightly sceptical because it's part of the Kardashian bandwagon but it's beautifully shot.
