Gary Barlow confirms Star Wars role to Ross King
I’m not a Stormtrooper, but I am in it.
Cheryl and Liam might've dominated the weekend's showbiz headlines with their news, but Ross King's Gary Barlow gossip still got us going 'wait, WHAT?'
The Take That singer announced that he's got a role in the upcoming Star Wars film, telling Ross, "I’m not a stormtrooper, but I am in it. Now I’ve said that, I’ll probably be out. I think the Star Wars people are so strict about what information [is out there]. So me saying that, I’ve probably just done myself out of a role.”
However, Dan confirmed ITV did check with Star Wars bosses before airing the confirmation, so Barlow’s role is safe. Phew - we can wait to see him in it. May the force be with you, Gary.
